Website Terms
Review draft — October 19, 2026
Before publication: complete the final review of these terms. These website terms are not a course-sale contract or a signed creator-partnership agreement.
1. Provider and scope
This website is operated by Pavel Basavets under the Basmedia brand, based in Poland. Contact: pbasovets@gmail.com. Postal address: ul. Cyprysowa 3/2, 64-030 Śmigiel, Poland. The website describes a possible professional course partnership and offers a free enquiry form and optional scheduling link. It does not sell courses or take payments.
2. Using the website and form
You need an internet connection and a reasonably current browser. JavaScript is not required for the basic form. Native video playback requires support for the supplied MP4 file. You do not create an account or acquire a subscription by using the form.
Enquiries are intended for adults aged 18 or older who are exploring a professional partnership. Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful material, spam, passwords or sensitive information about yourself or other people. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access.
3. Requests and personal video reviews
Submitting a request is free and creates no paid partnership or obligation to buy anything. I assess the channel, the information provided and my capacity. Where there is a potential fit, I may send a personal video review. A request does not guarantee a video, acceptance, a specific response time or business results. Questions may also be handled by email; a call is optional.
You may leave the website at any time and withdraw a pending enquiry by email. Information already submitted is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional Calendly bookings are free and may be cancelled or rescheduled using the booking service or by contacting me. Calls are not recorded without prior agreement.
4. Partnership work requires a separate agreement
No partnership begins merely because you view this website, submit a form or receive a review. Scope, responsibilities, costs, funding, account access, intellectual property, support, duration and exit terms must be agreed separately in writing.
The proposed model is no upfront agency fee for my work. This is not a promise of a cost-free launch: software, payment services, advertising and other third-party costs may apply. Budgets, funding responsibilities and deductible costs must be agreed before commitments are made.
Under the proposed 50/50 model, course revenue first covers refunds, payment fees and agreed costs, and the remaining profit is split equally. The signed agreement must define accounting, reserves, tax treatment and settlement. This is not a 50/50 split of gross revenue.
Potential services include course structure and platform, funnel and technical setup, email automations, CRM and lead follow-up, and launch management. Instagram automations and retargeting are only included when expressly agreed, including funding. A hired sales team, advertising budget or individual sales closing is not promised. Initial student enrolment is designed to take place online without individual sales calls.
5. No guaranteed results
Sales, revenue, profit, student results and audience growth are not guaranteed. Market demand, audience fit, the offer, content, execution and other factors affect results. Illustrative examples are not evidence of actual client results. The website and review are not legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Content and third parties
Website branding, design and content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reuse protected materials without permission or another lawful basis. Submitting a public channel link does not transfer ownership of your content or authorise public use of your name, application or review as a testimonial.
Calendly, Loom and other external services have their own terms and privacy notices. Links are provided for convenience; I cannot guarantee a third party’s uninterrupted availability. Ownership and access rights for partnership assets must be defined in the separate agreement.
7. Technical issues and complaints
If the form fails or you have a complaint about the website or enquiry service, email pbasovets@gmail.com with a description and your preferred reply address. I aim to respond within 14 days; any shorter mandatory legal deadline remains applicable. You do not have to wait for an informal response before exercising a legal right.
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitrary fixed liability cap is imposed by these website terms.
8. Applicable law and updates
Polish law applies to these website terms, without depriving anyone of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply under other relevant law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules.
Updated terms apply prospectively from their publication date and do not automatically amend a signed partnership agreement. Questions: pbasovets@gmail.com.
